Joyce Ott

Joyce Beverly Ott (nee Conklin), age 79 of Little Egg Harbor NJ, passed away on Tuesday, September 17, 2019.

Born in Montclair, NJ she lived in Little Egg Harbor for the last 25 years. Prior to her retirement, Joyce worked for Walgreens in Mystic Island. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Tuckerton, NJ, The Red Hat Society, Church of the Holy Spirit Episcopal Church, Tuckerton, the West Tuckerton Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary, and the Great Bay First Aid Squad.

She is predeceased by her parents John and Laura Joy Conklin and step-father Sam Volpe.

Joyce is survived by former husband, Robert J. Ott Sr., her 4 sons; Robert J. Ott Jr. and his wife Connie, Ronald A. Ott and his wife Lisa, Raymond A. Ott and his wife Laura, and Buddy Ott, her daughter, Laura L. Ott Curcione and her partner Matthew F. Alessi, and her 6 grandchildren; Robert J. Ott III, Nathan Ott, Ronald W. Ott and his wife Sommer, Briana Ott, Jenna Ott and Ryan Ott.

A memorial gathering with a Time of Remembrance will take place on Sunday, September 22, 2019 from 2pm to 4pm at Maxwell-Tobie Funeral Home, 573 Mill Creek Road, Manahawkin, NJ 08050.  Cremation was held privately.

In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in her name to any organizations dedicated to the treatment of dementia or COPD.
