Joseph Peregman
Obituary
Joseph Peregman, age 69, of Barnegat, NJ passed away on Friday, June 16, 2023 at Southern Ocean Medical Center of Manahawkin, NJ.
Born in Elizabeth, NJ, he lived in Brick, NJ prior to the Manahawkin and Barnegat areas where he resided for the last 30 years. Prior to his retirement, Joe was the owner/operator of Ocean Tents & Party Rentals, Manahawkin, NJ. He was a member of the American Rental Association.
He is predeceased by his parents, Ignatz and Anna Peregman, and his three his sisters, Joan Murdy, Theresa Bleemer, and Maryann Makransky.
Joe is survived by his wife, Andrea D. (nee Mitko) Peregman, his three sons, Nicholas Peregman, Joseph Peregman Jr. and Thomas Peregman, his five grandchildren, Abigail, Violet, Sadie, Christian and Addison Peregman, and his many loving nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be Tuesday, June 20, 2023 from 4pm to 8pm at Maxwell-Tobie Funeral Home & Cremation Service, LLC, 573 Mill Creek Road, Manahawkin, NJ. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 11:00am on Wednesday, June 21 at St. Mary's Church, 747 W. Bay Ave., Barnegat, NJ, 08005. Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Beachview Avenue, Manahawkin, NJ.
