Obituary
Joanne Catherine Lucarelli, age 77, of Manahawkin, NJ passed away on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at Southern Ocean Medical Center of Manahawkin, NJ.
Born in Newark, NJ, she lived in Bloomfield, NJ prior to Manahawkin where she resided for the last 20 plus years. For many years prior to her retirement, she was employed as a Home Health Aid. Joanne loved fishing, being on the water, and her trips to Atlantic City. She also loved to entertain. She was a loving mother, grandmother, aunt and companion.
She is predeceased by her parents, Leslie and Marie (Warner) Hoadley, her brother, Leslie Hoadley, and her two sisters, Lois Vreeland and Mary Jane Piereth.
Joanne is survived by her life-long companion and friend, Lewis Wargo, her son, George Reynolds and his wife Kathy, her two daughters, Suzanne Lucarelli and her husband Jon and Joanne Russo, her four grandchildren: Louis, Ryan, Joseph & Gunnar, her great-granddaughter, Ava, and her many loving nieces & nephews.
Visiting hours will be Friday, August 25, 2023 from 2pm to 5pm with a blessing service, 4:30pm at Maxwell-Tobie Funeral Home, 573 Mill Creek Road, Manahawkin, NJ, 08050. Cremation will be private.
