Frank J. Corsetto Jr.

Frank J. Corsetto, Jr., 86 of Manahawkin, NJ passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 6, 2023 after an unexpected and short battle with Acute Myeloid Leukemia and Sepsis.

Born in Paterson, NJ he resided in Riverdale, NJ before retiring to Manahawkin in 2001.  He proudly served his country in the US Army during the Korean War and Vietnam Conflict, he also served in the National Guard for several years.  He was a Union Textile Wrapper at Rainbow Dye & Finishing, Inc. in Fair Lawn, NJ where he worked for 50 years.

Frank loved to have fun and make people laugh, he had many adventures and always had a story to tell.  He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing, crabbing, and hunting. He also enjoyed the slots in Atlantic City and finding treasures at garage sales.  He was a member of the Atlantic Hills Men's Club, he always volunteered to cook for community BBQ’s and enjoyed playing cards.

Above all else, Frank’s greatest joy was his family, he was happiest spending time with his grandchildren and passed along his love for the outdoors to them both. He will be deeply missed by his wife of almost 58 years, Carol Ann, his daughter Carol Lynn Vidovic and her husband Vinnie, his grandchildren, Matthew and Kaity and his faithful dog, Grady. He is predeceased by his daughter, Lorene. 

Cremation will be private. Donations may be made in Frank’s memory to Friends of Southern Ocean County Animal Shelter, Manahawkin.
