Francis Valendo

Francis “Frank” A. Valendo of Manahawkin, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, March 15th, 2022 with his loving family by his side. He was 95 years old.

Born November 28th, in 1926. He lived in Elizabeth, Edison, and Manahawkin where he resided for his remaining years. Prior to his retirement, Frank worked for Proctor and Gamble, and he proudly served in the US Navy during World War II. He enjoyed fishing and hunting.

Frank is predeceased by his parents, Francis and Anna, and his older brother Joseph. He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Helen Valendo , his three children, Diane, Frank, and George, and his six grandchildren; Melissa, Victoria, Alexander, Frank, Toni, and Nikki.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 12:00pm on Friday, March 18, 2022 at St. Mary of the Pines Church, 100 Bishop Way, Manahawkin, NJ.
