Obituary
Dorothy Marie Gasior (nee Fixmer), age 97, of Little Egg Harbor, NJ passed away on Friday, February 17, 2023.
Born September 27, 1925 in Camden, NJ, she lived in Maple Shade, NJ prior to Little Egg Harbor where she resided for the last 14 years.
She is predeceased by her parents, John and Marie (Moore) Fixmer, her first husband, Irwin Hansen who served in the Army Air Corps and was killed in action during World War II in 1944, and her second husband Ignatius Gasior who passed in 2000, her son Irwin Wayne Hansen, and her brother and sister, John and Caroline.
Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Carol Hansen of Barnegat, NJ, her grandchildren; Dave, Ron, Glenn, Dave, April and Dave, her great grandchildren; Erin, Glenn, Ford, Brody and Alexandria, and her great-great grandchildren; Jaxon, Remi, Amelia, Theora, Strongbo, Thinbar, Axel, Roc and Keria.
Visitation will be Friday, February 24 from 11:00am until her funeral service, 12:00pm at Maxwell-Tobie Funeral Home, 573 Mill Creek Road, Manahawkin, NJ. Interment will follow at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ.
