Carmen Stephen Mangano, age 86, of Long Beach Township, Long Beach Island, NJ, passed away on Friday, January 15, 2021.
Born in the Bronx, NY, he was a resident of Long Beach Township for the last 25 years. He and his wife also spent winters at their home in Sebastian, Florida. Prior to his retirement, Carmen was an electrician and the owner/operator of Robbins Electric, Inc., Moonachie, NJ. He proudly served his country during the Korean conflict as a member of the United States Navy. Carmen was an avid golfer and loved spending time with his family.
He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Dorothy Mangano (nee Cannava), his son Robert, his three daughters, Dorothy, Elizabeth and Catherine, and his eleven grandchildren.
A memorial gathering will be held on June 19, 2021, from 2PM TO 4PM at the Spray Beach Chapel, 2309 Beach Ave., located between 23rd and 24th Street, Spray Beach, Long Beach Township, NJ 08008.
