PLEASE READ FIRST: Since 1994, we have had the honor of providing and maintaining the highest quality and standards of quality and service for the families of Stafford Township and surrounding areas. We are committed to maintaining such quality and service at reasonable prices for our facility, level of service and merchandise. If a family who needs service, whether for immediate or for pre-planning purposes, has contacted another local funeral home and have been given a lower pricing quote, we offer the following pricing accommodation:

Maxwell-Tobie Funeral Home & Cremation Service agrees to provide the same services and merchandise (merchandise brand may differ but be of equal value) for the same amount plus an additional $500 less than another funeral homes best price, while maintaining our high level of service. We invite you to visit us so you can tour our facilities, meet us, and discuss arrangements or answer any questions you may have.

Requirements for the pricing accommodation:



• A general price list and statement of funeral goods and services selected from the other funeral home in the Stafford Township/Barnegat area and must be presented at the time of arrangements.
• All funeral services and merchandise (merchandise brand may differ but be of equal value) will be duplicated as itemized. Any variance or changes to the statement of funeral goods and services selected results in voiding this offer.
